Our staff were asking for guidance on how they could improve on and become stronger in performing analytical procedures. What types of questions should they be asking the client in helping them develop expectations, how to evaluate the results and documentation of the analytical procedures performed. Our staff found this practice aid very useful in strengthening their analytical skills. The examples included in the practice aid were very beneficial and helpful to our staff.
