The logical layout of the content of this book (each chapter contains sections for an introduction, regulatory matters, accounting and financial reporting and auditing) and cross-referencing makes this an indispensable resource that I can turn to quickly for a concise reference without having to page through volumes of text before finding what I'm looking for.
I also appreciate the excellent use of footnotes throughout the guide which reference to the applicable accounting standards.
