I am a licensed attorney and Gift Planning Manager for the American Red Cross. I ordered this booklet for use in a seminar. I was primarily interested in the final section on "Emergency Preparedness". Red Cross promotes personal preparedness, and this includes what documents individuals and businesses must have access to after an emergency or disaster. The Guide provided concise and accurate information, although I would add the suggestion of capturing all documents on a CD by scanning and making copies for storing in multiple locations.
