I work for a small firm and had to take on additional responsibility with regards to managing employees and firm administration. One of the partners suggested this handbook to help. There is a lot of helpful information in this book and you can tailor it to your needs. I specifically used the book with regards to employee reviews and job descriptions and it was very helpful. The handbook comes with a disk containing all the example forms which was also very helpful. As I'm taking on more responsibility and will soon become a partner, this book will continue to be resourceful. It's a good starting point for CPAs new to managing a firm and its employees.
