This is a well written resource on the myriad of fine points regarding HSAs. In addition to addressing the HSA requirements set forth in the Internal Revenue Code and Regulations this book also provides good information on other federal and state laws that affect health savings accounts. The various appendices provide among other items a useful comparison of HSAs, FSAs and HRAs along with copies of various relevant IRS and administrative forms.
