This was a good CPE as a general overview for Auditors or accountants not familiar with the Governmental or non-for -profit nuances. Overall it was very infomrative and well put together.

This course was a well written course on the new SAS's and fraud considerations in the governmental and not-for-profit areas. It provided an update of the new yellow book and counted for governmental CPE hours. It explained how to apply SAS 99 and how the environments in not-for-profit and governmental audits differ in where fraud is more likely to occur. The course would be helpful for new staff as well as experienced staff.
