This is a good update and refresher for those areas you don't deal with on a daily basis. Concepts are clear and examples related well to the topics. It is good for staff still learning or expanding roles and responsbilies. It will be a reference document in our office.

I thought the book was written pretty well and did an adequate job explaining the concepts. When unsure of the answer to a question I prefer to go back and find that topic in the text. This was difficult in this book because the questions did not follow the same sequence as the text. I would also have preferred to see examples of acceptable workpapers.
