This is a good overview course for someone who needs a "refresher" on 109 (now ASC 740) plus a thorough introduction to FIN-48.

The examples are also quite helpful, especially for derecognition and valuation.

I found this CPE course to be very helpful in understanding the impact SFAS 109 and FIN 48 have on income tax reporting. This is a must have for people getting into income taxes or for people who need a brush up on these complexities.
