I'm somewhat of a beginner to accounting in the construction industry. I found this text easy to follow, broken down into GAAP, audit, & tax sections. There are also primary source reference materials included in the text. One thing I especially liked is that there are quick practice tips within each chapter (outlined in boxes) that help set you apart as a very knowlegeable CPA to your clients and other F/S users specific to the insdustry, such as a surety. Thanks for helping me clearly understand the complexities of construction accounting.
