It walks you through not only an actual fraud trial in the accompanying video, but also explains the various legal elements (criminal and civil) and procedures in developing a fraud case, from start to finish, in an understandable and methodical manner. There is considerable coverage of Discovery Rules and Rules of Evidence, which are paramount to any successful fraud investigation. There is also in-depth explanation of the criminal and civil courts, and their processes and procedures. Each chapter has its own short multiple-choice quiz and, in addition, there is a Practical Problem at the conclusion to assist in synthesizing the concepts covered. The final exam is comprised of 100 questions, all in multiple-choice format. This course is great for both experienced and novice fraud professionals.
