An excellent overview of Business Law in the U.S. In general this course managed to hit the high points of corporate management, securities law, bankruptcy, alternative dispute resolution, employment, and intellectual property laws without getting bogged down in details best left for lawyers. Asset protection options, including trusts, were covered in somewhat more detail. Recommended CPE Credit of 13 hours accurately reflects the amount of time I needed to work through the material.
