This course was a helpful reminder to me of many of the concepts taught in school like the balanced scorecard, value vs. non-value activities, and capacity utilization etc. While reading it, I found myself highlighting numerous concepts that I plan to apply in our organization.
While I assume many of these concepts are easier applied to a manufacturing organization, I still found the concepts useful for our service-oriented company.
