Here is my review of Internal Control Essentials for Financial Managers, Accountants and Auditors. It has 12 chapters (each about 12 to 22 pages long) covering relevant information about internal controls. I found it current in terms of information. It has information up through July 2008. Plus, It was good for 12 CPEs (if taken within 1 year of purchase) and allows you to take the test on line to get CPE. Let's face it, it's hard to make internal controls an exciting read, but this product is decent and there's not much else out there.
