This is the most interesting book on governmental accounting I have ever read. It is not only fun to read, it is also easy to understand. I use this book as a reference time and time again. Thanks to the gifted author who put this resource together.

This course is very informative and does a good job of walking you through many of the various accounting and reporting scenarios peculiar to governments. The text is fairly easy to read and not overly technical. Additionally, the numerous examples are useful in transferring the theory presented to practical application. While this course certainly does not address all situations it does provide a good foundation.
