With all of the changes being incorporated to the peer review process as of 1/1/09, the updated program manual is very well developed and has answered a lot of questions that peer reviewers have had regarding the new standards for which other sources have not been able to answer. The book is very well divided into appropriated chapters making the subject you are looking for easy to find.
I believe the new edition recently released it the best yet.
