I purchased this text and the workbook to prepare for the business valuation examination. Fortunately, I also registered for a review course for the ABV where I found that the material in the Pratt text was inadequate and that other texts which appear in the Content Specification Outline more relevant and helpful for me to use as preparation. I would not recommend the Pratt text.
