Good overview covering exactly what the title says. I felt it was geared toward those who work in private accounting rather than at CPA firms. Still a good resource. Would have liked to see more about preparing budgets and the entire budget process at companies.

This is a good reference tool for cash managers as well as a practical guide to cash flow improvement techniques. It should be part of your library if you consult with clients on cash flow management.
