This class provides the CPA with good insight on what information to provide to the operations department. The speed of business today dictates that information be provided as soon as possible. If the finance department can't supply the important information on a timly basis then the operations department will find another way to get the information they need. The finance department must understand the information needs of the operations department and make sure that information is provided on a timely basis. Most often that information is not the typical accounting information.
