We are mid size two office firm that has been struggling with ways to develop a variable compensation plan for our partners and staff. The information in this book is excellent and has alot of useful information. The book is clear to point out that they offer a process rather than the answer because there is no single best compensation system for every firm. I highly recommend this book for every firm.

We have been very happy with the contents of this book. Our CPA firm has been in a very rapid growth mode for quite some time and we felt it was time to institute an incentive based compensation system for our partners and management team. The concepts in this book were very helpful in guiding us to craft a program that promotes desireable behaviors and discourages undesireable behaviors.
