This course is very well written and easy to follow. The course layout is very methodical and easy to navigate. The chapter questions very well written and easy to understand. The course quiz itself was very well prepared. It had very useful tips that I am still using after 3 months. In fact I keep the course book on my desk as a handy reference tool. I would never have thought of using Position Descriptions as a Best Practice! They really do help to define what exactly you want to do and NOT do! I highly recommend this to anyone who is considering working for themselves as a contract controller.
