Buying & Selling businesses: The CPA's Role

I took this course because I started a new job with an Investment Company. Although I am not involved in the day-to-day decision making on which business to buy or sell and at what price, this course gave me a good understanding of what the owner's of my company look at when making these decisions. The text was very good in providing terms, explaining them and giving examples. It also went into very specific details. Even though that is not part of my current position, it definitley helped me understand my new company and position faster than without taking this course.
