I work for a small, privately owned company but needed a framework to document controls. I find this software easy to use, and the support team is very helpful.
I think it is best suited for someone who has audited and documented controls, but has broad applications for all accountants who have evaluated risk based controls.

Increasingly manage all controls of enterprises is becoming increasingly difficult if not impossible so the transactions are complex. This tool will certainly make this task easier with some productivity gains
