This was my first AICPA CPE product as I have only become licensed this year.
Here are some of my observations...which may be more on how to proceed with one of these courses more so that this course in particular:
1) The course is very technical, but is written in understandable terms. The problem is, that if you stretch the time to take the course over a long period (as I did) the test questions at the end can be very difficult to recall.
2) Some of the questions towards the end are much more technical than are required to know. Many of the questions would be things that you would research if the issue arrose such as "within this specific code section, which one of the following is true...".
All in all, this was a good course, but can be technical. I think for someone like myself, it would have been more beneficial to do this type of course in a live seminar.
