This product provided a great overview of SOX from the history of the law & scandals that necessitated the law. It also is tied into the COSO framework, which is the standard control system framework that most SOX models are built from. It dives into detail in the 5 components of the COSO framework and does a great job providing tools used to document the internal controls for a business (internal control questionnaires, flowcharts, control matrices and even evaluation tools).
